Refund Policy
Simple rule: our fee is refundable until we've done the work; the state's fee stops being refundable the moment the state has it.

Before we file
Cancel any time before your state filing is submitted and we refund 100% of the LLCDeck service fee and any collected state fees — no questions, no forms, one email.
After we file
Once a filing is submitted, the state fee is non-refundable — states do not return filing fees, and no service can change that. Our service fee is refundable minus the value of work completed (for example, if formation is done but you cancel EIN support before we begin it, the EIN portion is refunded).
Add-ons and recurring services
Unstarted add-ons are fully refundable. The Annual Compliance Service and registered agent renewals are refundable in full within 14 days of a renewal charge if no filing has been made in that period; thereafter they are non-refundable for the current term but can be cancelled for the next.
What isn't covered
Refunds are not provided because a bank, payment processor, or platform declined an application (those decisions are theirs alone — see the Legal Disclaimer), because government processing took longer than estimated, or because your plans changed after work was completed. We'd rather state this plainly here than argue it later.
How to request
Email billing@llcdeck.com from your order email with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days; your bank's posting time may add a few days.
