We review the figures on this website regularly and show a “last reviewed” date where relevant, but the official state or IRS source always controls. Estimated timelines are typical experiences, not commitments.

Third-party approvals are never guaranteed

EIN issuance is decided solely by the IRS. Bank accounts, payment processor accounts (including Stripe and PayPal), and marketplace or platform verifications are decided solely by those institutions under their own policies. LLCDeck prepares accurate documentation and coordinates processes; we do not and cannot guarantee any third party's approval, and any expectation otherwise should be discarded before purchasing.

Registered agent and address limitations

Registered agent service provides a statutory address for state filings and receipt of legal and government mail. It is not a general business mailing address, is not a substitute for a physical place of business, and may not satisfy every bank, payment platform, or marketplace address requirement. Specific permitted uses are described on the relevant service pages.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit, for the lawfulness of your business activities in every jurisdiction where you operate, for your tax obligations in the U.S. and your home country, and for meeting deadlines after we have notified you of them. Compliance reminders are a convenience, not an assumption of your legal duties.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLCDeck's liability related to any service is limited to the service fees you paid to LLCDeck for that service. See the Terms of Service for complete terms.
